More details:

The facilities at the new Dunedin Community Center are, to say the least, 1st class.

P/M Robert Mathieson you all know as the leader of the famous Shotts and Dykehead, but, he also teaches this year's Novice Juvenile Supreme Champions.  He is very familiar with the MAP program and gives lectures on a regular basis.

This workshop is for Grade 4A, 4B and Gr 5 bands.

I can assure members that these instructors will not talk above your heads.  Drum Sgt Jim Kilpatrick is much like Rob Mathieson and teaches this material all over the world.

Letter to the website.  11/14/07

Please forward this to the committee and please post on the website too if you’d like:

On behalf of myself and the rest of my band I’d like to thank the SUSPBA committee and Sandy Keith in particular for their efforts in producing a first class workshop this past weekend.

This was by far the most productive piping workshop I’ve ever attended and I would love to see this formula continue in the future.  I hope the rest of the association members appreciate the opportunity that was offered to us and this is exactly the type of thing that’s going to help improve the piping and drumming standard here in Florida.

Thanks again!
