The first two games have gone well but I must
address the entries.
We created a master entry form a few years ago and I
must tell you most of the membership adheres to the policy.
For some reason the actual cut off date for entries
was left off the form.
Although the Web Site lists the cut off date to be
two weeks prior to the Games a few members are not following these
instructions.
Note...........
All entries Individual or Bands SHALL be received at
least TWO WEEKS prior to the event.
Late entries will NOT be accepted.
Simple.............Give your executive time to get
the paper work done and the Web Master time to post your times.
