Annual General Meeting  6/04/05      
News of the meeting:
  1. David Spurlock and the City of Melbourne Pipes & Drums band members did a great job hosting this year's meeting in Melbourne.   Many thanks go to David!

  2. The turnout for the meeting was great, with 46 members in attendance.

  3. All of the officers were re-elected to the Executive Committee for a second term.

  4. The Rules & Requirements were ammended.

  5. Music Board Chair Jeff Anderson announced the upgrades for next season.  List of Upgrades

  6. Rosie O'Grady's Highlanders band and P/M Reg Lyle have generously offered to host the SUSPBA Annual General Meeting in 2006.  

  7. The Highland Games Committee/Sanctioning meeting will be held in September.  Location to be announced soon.

  8. The Championship Supreme Winners were announced and they received their prizes. 

  9. Members then enjoyed performances from the Grade 4 Pipe Band Champions -  Dunedin High School Pipe Band; and by Individual Championship Supreme winners:  Matt McRae - Grade 2 Piping;  Roberta Sefcik - Grade 3 Piping;  Jordan Craig - Grade 4 Piping;  William Sefcik - Grade 3 Drumming; and Ruairidh McWilliam - Grade 4 Drumming. 
    Josh Lamb from the City of Dunedin Pipe Band played last,  providing a finale to a pleasant afternoon.
